Processing time is too long. I planed my gift around it and even like that I didn't get it on time.

The order took forever to be delivered. The watch didnt looked at all as the picture. I contact customer service by phone an they never answer, sent emails and I always received the same response. Very dissatisfy.

The overall experience was very good. I was satisfied with the item I purchased. The wait time was relatively quick.

I had a great experience shopping with Invicta stores. I found the items I wanted, they were priced fairly and the shipping exceeded my expectations. It arrived earlier than expected. Due to COVID I was told it may arrive later than expected but it was actually a few days early. Just in time for Father's Day.

You service is very professional.

Everything went well from ordering and delivering, only that the delivery time was longer then I expected then I called customer service and they told me that they where backed up due to the pandemic then 2 days later I got a email that my order was shipped after 2 weeks since I placed my order. So you see how refreshing that was for? I got my watches 2 days later and guys I was happy with my order no lie!

They must improve their Customer Service department! Several times I tried to communicate by phone and no one answered the call, I even sent an email and it was not answered. Outside of that everything is fine.

So thanksful with the whole process anda the product.

We did not know how long it would take to process the order. I paid for 2 day shipping but probably could have saved my money.

Was not delivered in invicta box just wrapped in plastic. Several days late after e-mail Fed X said it would be there. Very very disappointed...,.

The experience is not bad., I understand by the problem of the pandemic everything takes more time but I would like you to answer the phone I had almost 3 hours and they never answered. And well emails take time but it responds.

I had previously ordered six watches. I received four almost two months later and the other two they stated were out of stock. I was extremely disappointed because I had ordered them months ago. I'm happy about my last purchases because they were fulfilled and sent out and received
