Your orders are never processed timely and when you call, there is same old answer it's in process. Shop HQ has a great system, why can't you all process and ship like them.

Called for costumer service because wanted to know status of my purchesed watch it took a long time for then to send me a tracking number but called various times for more than 15min waiting. Theres was no reply from customer service.
First it wouldn't take the 10% discount. Then it wouldn't allow us to order the watch...repeated this about 4 times before being able to place the order.
