I ordered from the webpage, but inexplicably when I got my e-mailed invoice it had the wrong stock number and description on it. I called customer service, and within minutes the rep had cancelled the wrong order and resubmitted for the one I had originally wanted. This was on a Saturday, and by the following Wednesday my watch arrived in that day's mail. Very satisfied with both the service and the watch by Invicta.

My husband really liked the watch, but I will think twice before ordering from you again. When we received the watch we disco that it was damaged, the second hand was floating around inside. We tried to contact you but could not get a living person to talk to. In the end we had to take the watch to a local watch repair person which cost me more money.

Very unhappy with how long it took to get my watch.
Ordered it on June 15 2020 and finaly rec. It on July 12 2020. I have 50 Invicta watches and this one took the longest to get to me
Shopping was easy, and prices were good. Shipping was extremely slow. They were supposed to be gifts, but I had to buy something else because they took too long to ship. Bought 3 watches, I feel like the quality was not as good as I was expecting.
To the point,will return to view time pieces again.
