I was disappointed the item I wanted was shown as available so I maid a purchase...I placed item in my cart paid for it...then the order was cancelled...card was charged...the question I have is why does it take so long to credit your order back it should credit you account back as soon as the order is cancelled

First time Invicta buyer, the watch is more of what I expected. I am happy with my watch.
Outside of the situation, it took 2 weeks to be process. It was a birthday gift that didn't make it on time.
The conversation on the chat simply stop. The chat did not answer all my questions and only told me that to wait 24 hrs for a response that is not fast when you call and wait for a understandable solution considering the situation. I thought that it was a scam. I thought of canceling the order. 2 days later I got follow up and the tracking info. The delivery was faster of what I expected.
Very good the only thing that is not good was that i order 4 watches and got the in 2 separat shippments the bad whit this if i order to sweden is that i get to pay custom twice if all watches came together then i only pay once

"In stock", and I paid for second day shipping to hopefully get it to me for my wife, on our annaversary on Tuesday, June 23. Thanks
For you help on making this happen! Did not receive the 2nd. Replacement order until 6-24-20, past the 2nd day delivery I was promised and paid an extra $29.00 to get by the 23rd!

It took too long to be shipped
This is the first time I've been contacted since I put in the letter of concern. I could have put in more orders for other watches at that time but declined because of the slow response. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering online again but I do like my watches a lot.
Great costumers service
I love the watches and so far have acquired 7 total and I love them. Invicta comes HIGHLY recommended. Even though we are experiencing a serious situation with our country(s), communication is KEY! I have called and emailed about late delivery and NEITHER form was returned. That's just not acceptable. If it were not for the fact that I love the product, I would not purchase again based on the lack of communication. While this may not be the case with everyone, it has been an issue for me.
