Great watches, good value, well made. Been buying them for years now. Never dissatisfied.

Poor communication on shopping status.

Took about 2 weeks to process my order which I found rathe unreasonable

Shipping took far too long

It was good. The only problem is that they sold out too fast. My previous order was approved and paid for and you cancelled one of my watches and was disappointed with your decision. This is my May 2020 purchase that you shorted my micky mouse watch.

I like the selection of watches. I normally by in store. But hopefully I will like this one. Want to know will it come with the Invicta box? I also would love for this company to put together bundles again with 2 watches and the 8 count holder case, braclets and 2 other accessories. I went to order and it was gone. I was going to order for a gift.

I Paid for overnight delivery package came weeks later and still haven't gotten a refund!

Ordering multiple items at one time and Receiving them at different weeks apart (hated it)
The product itself is wonderful every last one of them...

Take too long to prepare, don't tell you an item is out of stock, I don't get messages when item is shipped it's like no one cares if I buy the brand or don't! Shame it's a nice brand and been loyal for years but service wise is a desaster!

The order delay around one month. To contact customer service is horrible they never take the phone and by email they always send the same respond as if it was an automatic massage. The watch is not at all at it looked in the web page.
