Smooth as usual was the ordering but it just seemed to take so long to get it shipped to my house, (3 weeks) then 3 days after I place my order you guys put the same exact watch on even more of a sale by knocking off $100.00 from $348 to $248 and I can't do anything to get the new sale/better price because my order was being processed for 2 weeks. So I am a bit disheartened over this purchase. I work hard to get the best price I can because I only have so much $ to spend. So not so satisfied with the price issue but the watch is a master piece.

Really bad customer service. Phone rings and rolls to a message center where you can't leave messages. Item did not ship for almost 3 weeks after order was placed. Tried email got a message that shipments were delayed because of COVID. I working in a shipping department with fed ex and there are no delays because of COVID in all of our facilities?
