Easy to navigate easy checkout. Drawback is you can't go to your account and see your orders. Can't track. This needs to be fixed. Other online stores have this. Very difficult to get customer service. Should be able to see all orders, dates, shipped, cancelled, returned, etc. Thanks.
The watch was beautiful however it was a birthday gift for my boyfriend. His birthday was on the 4th of July I did not receive it until after his birthday. Maybe like July 7th. I paid 27.00 for two day shipping.

I have purchased 4-5 watches from you in the last 1-2 years. Never had any issue. This time was a total pain. I tried 3 different CC's several different times and they kept saying declined even though they were not. I finally ended up getting the order to go through about 1 week later. It is unlikely I will try to order from you guys online any more. I like the products and prices but not willing to need to place order 4-5 times to get it to go through. I ended up using my Wife's CC.
