It takes a customer service experience well above the norm for me to take the time to offer a rely like this. My wife and I grew interested in Invicta products a couple years ago and since then we've purchased no less than 20 Invicta watches either through local retailers or through the Invicta website.
We've been very happy with the quality of all the watches we've purchased. And the price seems very good for what one is getting. We like them so much, we give them as gifts to our close friends. And then one of those watches we gifted to a dear friend didn't seem to work reliably. So I thought I would really see how the Invicta brand operates. I consulted the on-line service page on the Invicta website. The instructions were clear, so we shipped the watch back along with the ~$30 fee. We were very pleasantly surprised with the level of communication back from Invicta. We received 1) reminder to ship the item, 2) an alert when Invicta received it, 3) status alerts as the repair and quality checks were conducted, 4) an alert that it was fixed and being sent back. Most places just leave you in the dark wondering if anything is happening. But Invicta handles this as good as anyone could ask. This experience really went a long way with us and our overall confidence in the Invicta brand. We're not pretending to be wealthy. It's just so nice to be able to be given the opportunity by Invicta to purchase time pieces which are well built, nice looking and yet still affordable to the working person.
