There isn't much communication. I didn't receive a shipping notification at all on my first. Thankfully the watches showed up. My friend told me that happened on his first order but not his second. I placed a second order on the 21st. I emailed on the 29th and have had no response, not even an automated 'it normally takes us x amount of time to respond' generic email. I am a pretty easy customer. It is nice to have some update or estimates.
On a better note. My husband wore is Boba Fett watch today and was so excited! It looks great! My sister opened her watch last night and loved it! She was so surprised and excited! I am very excited to get my second watch and give my husband his other 2 Star Wars watches.

Unfortunately my latest purchases came a few months into the COVID-19 pandemic so everything was upside down, from logistics to customer service, so problems were expected. Because of the way InvictaStores.com handled this, and the fact that purchases made a few years went smoothly, will be willing to continue being a customer.

Poor to no customer service. Impossible to get in touch with your customer service. Long wait times. Waited over 65 minutes on one phone call. No response when emailed. You Charge product and you receive the money but do not ship. Products take too long to arrive. Overall horrible experience. Still waiting for an order placed on July 17,2020. You took the money immediately from my account and I still July 31,2020 haven't received any communication about this product. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN...N.E.V.E.R.!
Ordering was easy, price was great. Delivery was terrible. It took twice as long to arrive then they indicated. Once it did arrive it was in great shape and I had no other issues. I would use them again but would hope their shipping on the item would improve.
