The 8 slot watch case had a hole in the bottom. I sent invicta a photograph of the issue as they had requested but until today had very little response from them.

Try to contact customer service, no answer, order processing for 12 days, then deliver after 18 days, its a great product and price, but no customer service and shipping and "processing way to slow. I order a wall clock on 7-25, today is 8-5, still show order processing. I dont get it.
Discount codes don't work and no error message saying why...
After ordering, we didn't get any shipping confirmation for a very long time. It was such a long time that I actually reached out to customer service, but no one ever replied. Ever. It at least finally shipped.
