I waited on the phone for an hour and a half only to have a machine hang up on me
I think the order processing and/od shipping time is way too long. For example, I placed another order on July 21 (#*******) and as of today, August 6th, I still have not received it. I ordered another Invicta watch from Amazon and I got it the next day with free shipping. Invicta needs to offer free shipping on all orders and expedite the orders in a more timely manner.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
