My wife ordered a Watch on July 23. It is now August 7. After several calls with different conflicting answers, she was finally able to get in touch with a human being on Tuesday this week. They apologized for the long wait and said that they would expedite the shipping and we would have the watch by Friday or Saturday at the latest. I called today and after a very lengthy wait, was told that my watch hadn't even shipped out yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am tired of the lies and all of the false hope. Exceptionally tired of the 40 minute wait time for answers that aren't true. I have several Invicta watches but will no longer support the brand. It's a real shame, I like the product but the service and delivery and customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Don't bother.

The quality of the watch was exactly as advertised. This was my first time purchasing a watch from Invicta and was very pleased with the product, price, process, packaging and delivery. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Invicta.
