The wait time was too long. I understand what is going on now but, I've order more from further places and still received a shipping date before here. When I tried to call customer service, no one answered the phone. Though my friend is very pleased with his new bundle, I was very dissatisfied with the service. I will order from this store again but, not during this pandemic.

Long time Invicta fan and collector. Always look forward to the new listings on InvictaStores.com. Some orders ship in a realistic time window, while others take far too long even prior to Covid. The 4 Stars overall reflects the unreasonable processing to actual ship times. I currently have two recent orders in the processing pipeline for two weeks now? That said, I remain a loyal Invicta fan!
The overall experience was good. The only thing was the DELIVERY guy left it at basement door and took awhile to figure it out since that has never happened before

Fine No Problems Transaction
Very very disapointed. I ordered two invicta watches and on both orders you sent me the wrong watch. Totally not what I ordered I ordered two two tone band blue watch and you sent all gold black watches. How can that mistake happen. Even the invoices showed the right picture of the watches and the correct item numbers but totally wrong watches in the box. I would still like to get the correct watches or at least return both for full refund. Please advise. I am at *******490 if you would like to call
