Although I got a great bundle deal, I attempted to call several times and never talked to anyone beyond the prerecorded prompts. My order was in limbo for nearly a month but it finally showed up and life is good.
One of the screws from the watch band got loose And I ended up missing
In all honesty, literally EVERYTHING was great except how long it took for the watch to arrive. I understanding things happen though. So happy the watch has arrived, that the customer service was great, and that I am now on time!
My only issue was the shipping, it took 29 days for me to receive my order. Can't understand why my order bypass my address then went to Forest, Ga up by Atlanta then came back to Augusta, Ga. This was a birthday present that was late getting to my husband.
I am very happy with the purchase. The only thing that I wish was a larger size day of the week. Also it doesn't always glow in the dark.

I can't believe it took a month to receive my order that is just way too long. The yellow helmet was broken when it arrived and the response from customer service is well we can't send amo one because the ones we have are for bundles. Giving a $15 credit instead of a partial refund or send another one in its place is just stupid! It's not good customer service at all.
