The website worked as anticipated. The sale pricing was very nice. The delay from order placement and payment to shipping was extremely slow. Two weeks after order placement I contacted customer service to check on my order. I was informed that it would be shipping the next day. The tracking info appeared the next day but the item was not actually shipped for an additional 4 days. I did receive my item within a month of paying for it and I am very happy with my new watch.
Note: the website says shipping could take a few days it does not say it will take weeks.

I had a watch that was waiting to be shipped only to find out that it was out of stock. They offered me a refund, and managed to get the watch in a different color. Then there was a problem wit the shipping. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday August 3rd and did not get it until 4 days later.

Overall I'm pleased with Invicta Stores.com but EXTREMELY disappointed with shipping. Will loose me as a customer because of FedEx shipping. They send confirmation of a delivery day on a Saturday and they don't even deliver on Saturdays.
