HORRIBLE customer service. Realize there is shipping issues w/covid but this was unreal with no valid response from your company.
The product was $50 cheaper of the amount I bought it for. Didn't honor the price. I can't believe you rather accepted the return and then purchase again at the lower price. Waist of time and poor customer service. Last watch I'm buying with this company for Poot customer service. By the way I have 38 watches. Was planning to grow my collection but had a bad customer service. Thank you. Will be shopping for new watches elsewhere.

Ordering is easy but my order was short i call them, they never answer the phone and never send me a email letting me know tha something is missing thats no good, have to be a lot better and email to track the package email to comfirm the delivery all that tou most do.
