I dont have an issue with your product. My issue has always been with delivery of the product which has been in processing. Too long!
Order the watch w/2 day shipping, did not receive this order until I contacted pay pal. 1 week later the order was shipped! Not good!
Purchasing it was easy.
Delivery on the other hand, was slow and deceving. When you offer delivery in a specific number of days and charge for it, you should deliver. Specially selling product in stock.
This was not the case. Expected delivery in 1 week, not 3+ weeks.

Watch was not brand new. There was no plastic on the front or back of the dial and no blue wrap on the band. I mentioned it to the seller who wanted pictures. Pictures of what? The watch looks great even though it was tampered with. I would like a special discount on my next purchase.

I placed 2 orders the same day, the 1st order I received within 2 weeks but the 2nd order after 15 days I received an e-mail saying the watch was out of stock and my money was refunded back to me. 2 days after the e-mail I see the same watch back in stock but the price went up so I feel invicta store just wanted to raise the price. I placed a 3rd order and it's been 12 days now but I have not received an e-mail to let me know my other watch has been sent yet. I hope they don't do the same thing to me and say it's out of stock too. If you would like to call or e-mail me please do (call).

I love my watch. I wasn't as happy of how long it took to deliver, but with everything going on, I understand.
Love Invicta and the watches are fantastic! Delivery times on my last order of 2 watches was not great, I received 1 in a week and had to contact customer service after the second had not come in 2 weeks. I will still order more watches in the future, just wish they had better communication.
