The watch is beautiful However, my husband (whom I bought it for as a Father's Day gift without him knowing) says he really likes it but it's too big and heavy for him to wear. I will be sending it back, unfortunately. If the price was lower, I would have kept it for the extremely special occasion he would tough through it.

You need more images of your products from different angles. I had to go to another site to get another look at the watch band of the product I just purchased...without the other website images. I would not had purchased this product. I tried to reach a customer service rep numerous times only to be disconnected. I was able to leave a message once but never received a phone call back from Invicta. Also when selecting from your shipping options you should elaborate how long free ground shipping will take. I waited a little more then 2 week that's too long in this day and age. Especially with Amazon and Prime free 2 day shipping.
I wish online had the same watches that are in the stores. Otherwise my experience shopping online was pretty good.
Everything was fine, except that my shopping cart would not load the first 4 times I tried to place the watch in it.
I gave you great reviews, however, I caution you about your 844 number for customer service. I have had a very difficult time getting through. I have to call over and over and over to finally get someone. When I do they are wonderful to deal with. I have an order right now (*******) that still shows "processing". I ordered it on June 20th. I called today and finally got through. Nini ended up sending me a tracking number for FedEx that shows it was processed on June 21st but has never been sent to FedEx to be shipped. Help?

(1)I saw this watch in one of your locations in NYC. Ordering it online was simple and fast.
(2)The inside of the box that the watched arrived in was damaged. It had a little hole in it. That was disappointing because the watch was a gift to someone.
The watch was turned on its side which makes me believe that the box wasn't the proper box for this watch and that the dial on the watch is what actually caused the damage to the inside of the box.
Its a little hard to close the box when the watch is turned right side up.
