My Husband and I have ordered over 13 watches in the last 2 years. Our most recent purchase was a disaster. It took entirely too long to receive our order. The shipping wasn't the problem. It took forever for our order to leave the warehouse. After receiving the email that our order was ready to ship, it was received within 3-4 business days.
Last week, we placed another order (for his Birthday). We paid for 2 day shipping & to my surprise, it still hasn't left the warehouse. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone.
Overall, I feel as though Invicta has taken a few steps backwards in satisfying this Customer.
Always happy with any purchase that I make from Invicta.

One if the yellow boxes was not yellow. Dirty and black in color. Not happy at all and would like to get a new box?
I ordered the same limited edition watch from Invicta that a friend of mine ordered from Shop HQ in the same week. His came with Certificate of Authenticity signed by Jason Taylor & Invicta's CEO along with a custom JT Limited Edition watch box. Mine did not. When I contacted Invicta I was told they stopped providing Certificates of Authenticity and the watch box I referred to and there was nothing they could do and that the limited edition number of the watch was on the back of it. I was also told Shop HQ prepackages the certificate/box. Made no sense that Invicta who makes and sells the watch could not honor or provide the same package as Shop HQ. Secondly, my friend had his watch within the same week he ordered. Yet mine ordered which I ordered directly from Invicta took almost 3 weeks to get to me when I live 20 minutes from Hollywood, FL where the Invicta warehouse is. Bottom line---Shop HQ vs the Invicta website. If Shop HQ can ship that quickly the "shipping is slow due to Covid-19" excuse from Invicta just doesn't cut the mustard.
Delivery took weeks, customer service said shipping next day, shipped next week, very poor communication, customer left wondering if order was even received

I have returned the watch. I found it way too large for a ladies watch. I did like the design though.
Watch was a really good price but delivery was really slow.Had to contact Customer Service to get product finally shipped.
