In the future, please submit picture of purchased items so I know which order you are asking about. Multiple purchases make this very difficult to determine Customer service levels or whether purchase was satisfactory.

I have 16 Invicta watches. On my last purchase of 2 watches, they shipped from different origins. Mine arrived defective as the hour hand would not move, the wife's was fine. From this point, it was quite difficult to wait on telephone 'holds' longer than
14 minutes each on 3 attempts. Since it was a DOA (dead on delivery) and being a
Valued (?) repeat customer, one would think they would promptly ship me a replacement watch. No way
Instead the customer service person advised that I must first return the defective watch and then then would ship the replacement (if they still had one in stock) within
48 hours of receiving the defective watch from me. REALLY?
What kind of #### service is this for a repeat (valued?) customer? I shipped the defect back the day after they sent me a return label, yes I also had to drive 8 miles
To a Fedex shipping store so I had a receipt as proof in the event they said it was not received.
Luckily they had one in stock and I received the replacement 5 days after the return
Was received... no, they did not send the replacement to the DOA over night back to me or second day, it did come ground.
Overall Invicta is good to deal with until a problem arises- then just OK- I'm being kind in giving that comment. Cheers

I believe this survey is for a watch I returned. I was sent a women's watch thrown in the box, not wrapped on the cushion, not secure, and the second hand didn't work. So I have returned the watch. But I have also in the meantime placed an order for 3 other watches hoping the products will be more suitable. I have not received my refund yet in my return but I expect it will be credited.
