I have Many Invicta watches and have never gotten one where it needed a new battery, I bought this for my wife. What a disappointment when the first thing you have to do is take it in for a new battery, Not at all what I have come to expect from your company.

Very good the selection was great and I was looking for 1 watch and got 3
I gave 5 stars because its my first JT purchase. The quartz time keeping is fantastic and the design of the dial is even better on your wrist then viewing it online. I attempted to purchase it thru the Evine network but it was sold out. Your price actually saved money! The delivery was prompt, even with the delays due to the hurricane.

Excellent products and service
It is insane to get to talk to customer service. It took me about 1.5 hours just to talk to a customer service who I was told on the phone that I just got one person in front of me.That makes me feels like not buying anything from you guys anymore
The watch I received has a blimish and returning the watch has been difficult I've emailed twice, it take several day for a response. I was on hold for over 2 hours then got disconnected due to the office closing. I still have not received my return label.
