I sent an email more than a month ago about getting a balance wheel for my older object'de art watch. I never received a response back...THAT'S customer service?
They are having great sales, and I've ordered 4 watches for me, and 3 watches for other people, and my wife said, enough already. I asked her if she wanted a particular one, and she said no because, she hasn't been wearing watches for a while now. But, I was compelled to buy it anyway, and I did. It came, and when she saw it, she loved the polished look of it. Now, she is happy that I bought it for her (model *******).

I ordered three watches and received only two. I'm still waiting for the third watch. I love Invicta watches and I have a few but I am disappointed in the fact that it's taking so long to get mybthird c watch.

We could not reach anyone on the phone. The automated system would tell us we were the 7th caller or whatever and it would be approximately 20 min and then when the 20 min was up it would ask us to leave a voicemail and I left 3 different messages and no one ever returned my call
This is the second time I have ordered from Invicta Stores. The first time I was very disappointed in their customer service. Representatives lied about order status and then made changes to my order without notifying me. I gave them another chance and this time I received the items I ordered in a timely manner. I now own 10 Invicta watches.
When I opened the box I immediately noticed that the "swing arm" which operates pusher 'A' was missing from the watch (model #1323). After unpacking the box completely, I found the arm & screw that holds it in place, in the bottom corner of the yellow Invicta box. Fortunately, I had the tools & ability to put the watch back together. The last thing that I would want to do is to send it back to Invicta for repairs. My experience with the company has proven that while I like their watches, their customer service (or lack thereof) is the worst that I have ever encountered. FYI, I am a highly educated 75-year old adult who has had a lot of experience dealing with many things throughout my life. Also, I find it hard to believe that whoever handled/packaged this watch failed to notice that a major part of the watch was not attached, as it was supposed to be. I have a large collection of Invicta watches purchased from Amazon, Ebay, Evine, Invicta retail stores, & many other independent retailers. I have had more problems with defective watches & customer service issues dealing with Invictastores.com than all of the other vendors combined. The problem is very simply put that your customer service is non existent.
