I placed an order on 11/23/17, the day before Thanksgiving, assuming they would get the order on Monday when normal people return to work & When I got home Monday evening, it was at my door. Extremely Expedited delivery not to mention how BEAUTIFUL the watch is. My boyfriend is going to be so excited when he opens it! Thanks Invicta, I'll definitely be placing another order with you guys shortly!
Its a great product. Also, very good watches. Would lv to have more of them. They ship very fast and in good shape. The watches r very good lookin and keep very good time. Next one i get, is the automatic diver. Then i'll need a 3 slot box or what ever there called.

This was my 25th Invicta watch. Placing my order was easy as always, I received it a day ahead of the scheduled date. Beautiful watch.
I got the wrong watch.
This one has a yellow band and I ordered an orange band.

The wrong watch not if equal value was delivered and I was told that the watch I ordered was no longer in stock which it was when I ordered. I sent images as requested and was informed I could keep the inferior watch or get a refund. I have sent 6 emails and called without being directed to a human at least 4 times. I have even left a very detailed message. The watch I ordered was to be given as a gift which now without a refund I wont be able to give making not only Invicta customer service look bad but also making me look bad
I ordered a Grand Diver Iridescent 47mm with a black MOP dial, received a 40mm Pro Diver with. Blue dial and silver band. Long story short, finally received watch I ordered! Invicta store needs better informed people on help line.
