My product was not shipping and I was worried it would not be here before Christmas. I called their customer service and got a very friendly voice and she answered all my questions and concerns... She even upgraded me to 2 day shipping so it would be here before Christmas! I understand with the holidays it can be very busy and frustrating dealing with Holiday customers- So it was nice to hear a friendly voice on the phone, and talking to someone so helpful! I will definitely shop Invicta again. Maybe even for myself next time!
