Easy shopping.Only problem is not enough info about wrist size that watches will fit.
I purchased the watch as a Christmas gift for my husband, who has more than 10 Invicta watches. When I received the box, I opened it, and when I opened the outside yellow box it was in, I found the actual watch box looked like someone handled it with dirty mechanics hands. The watch itself did not even fit in the box. I understand it is a large watch, but I would think, for the price of the watch, and the quality, the packaging would be sized appropriately as well.
I contacted invictastores.com three times, last week, finally getting a response Christmas night. I decided to do something different for my husband, and am requesting a return label to return both the watch and the repair kit.
Finally, I use mail order a lot, and understand that this is a busy time of year for everyone. However, the service and product I received through your online store, makes me think I will not order from you in the future.

Tried to reach you for I ordered the wrong watch I ordered a women should have been a man's watch, Tried calling your company but cannot reach anyone to tell me how to send the woman's watch back and switch it out to a man's watch.

I was given a discount code GRNM50 but it would not let me apply it to my order. I have also not been given a shipping date. I received my order, but wasn't given credit or an explanation why the discount code was not honored.

I never paid any thought to it because of the prices, however once going to the online store and finding some affordable prices and high end, it fits just about anyone. The process was easy, shipping was fast, warranty is awesome, and My husband is happy!
