Wish there was more of a description and multiple views of the watches, for example the thickness. I love watches so I try buying them for family, but everyone has a different taste for things. The more description or picture views the better. I will need to return one prior watch bought because the family member doesn't wear thick watches... a picture would have helped me make a better choice.

I bought these 3 watches as gifts, after purchasing one for myself. I liked the looks and thought they were a good value. But, I was totally embarrassed when one of the watches was delivered with a dead battery. Hence, my rating changes! Pretty sad.

Great experience just too expensive lol

I had already filed complaints with the company and Fedex when a neighbor came over with my package saying it had been delivered to the wrong address. Not a good thing!

I will return to purchase in the future. I was very pleased with the watch and the fast delivery of the product.

I enjoyed shopping for this watch as a gift for my husband but the watch clip near the band is broken

Ordered watch for my husband opened it Christmas Day it did not work send a message to the company on December 26th and I still have not heard anything and today is the 28th of December.

Watch is beautiful however your carrier fed ex is unreliable. The first watch was never delivered at all then I waited on hold for customer service about 3-4 hours to have my issue resolved. Once I spoke to them a new watch was sent out immediately.

Good variety at a great price, however the watch does not work. I emailed for a return label but still haven't received a response or email.
