So my I was looking for a watch as a gift for xmas (Nick) for my Daughter went to several different websites they didn't quiet fit my budget or style of what I was looking for. So after several frustrating searches and running short on time I came across the invictastores web site and found the perfect watch and to boot it was on sale it arrived on time and in a beautiful box no need to wrap. Received watch in a timely manner. Watch received with no operating instructions or warranty information. One of the bands on strap was cut into. Sent 3 emails no response. Put on hold 3 times for about 30 minutes each time I called. 4th time a got to someone and was told to call another number. They in turn told me they cant help and to recall the the first number. Got a complete run around. I cant believe your company treats customers like this! Maybe someone will call me now to correct problem.
Got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he was speechless. TBH it was bigger than I expected but he's flashy and absolutely loved it.
Ordering was easy. Price was ressonable. Delivery was fast. Only problem I had was with the Bolt payment system. Had to delete and reenter the watch a couple of times to get it to work.
I've been asking for a price adjustment since 12/20 and I still havent received a response!
FedEx did not deliver item to our house. Don't know where it was delivered, but found it in our mailbox 2 days later. Either a good neighbor was honest and put it in our mailbox, don't know, but Fedex showed delivery to our house; we were here at the time and no package was left at the door. Suggest signature for receipt of package in the future
The only complaint that I have is that I called the store 3 or 4 times to ask a question and no one ever answered the phone.
