No problems at all with my order placed on December 20th. However, a previous order placed by my wife was never fulfilled even though credit card was charged. According to customer service item was no longer available? So pretty disappointed
The watch was much lighter than my other invite watches i have ordered, but other than that the shipping and price was good

Lots of choices at great prices
Hi I recently purchased lupah watch Model ******* and it was supposed to come with a genuine alligator strap but it came with a genuine leather strap, tried contacting invicta by email and phone call no response. I tried live chat and was talking to a customer rep about this situation, she said she had to ask manager, her manager named Gloria responded that I got the correct strap it is suppose to be a genuine leather with a alligator texture, I sent them pictures the strap is smooth no texture then got disconnected from live chat. I was also suppose to receive a 60 % off on a previous order and they said they would honor it on another order but they never honored it. I made another attempt by email on 12/30/17 to resolve this issue because I really like the watch but, all I got is a return shipping label lol that's how they treat there customers.

I paid $148 for your watch and then I see it advertised for $99.99 all over the internet. Just to let you know no matter how much I like your watches I will never buy another from you or anyone else/ I will also get the person who talked me into buying from you to never buy from you again as he told me that if Invicta did not take care of me he would quit as well.
