I received my order in good time but just did not like the watch. I e-mailed coustomer service and the got back to verry quick. I have returned my purchase with the mail lable and rma the provider. Looking forward to getting my refund so i can order again. Do you have a catalog or is it only on line? I live in kansas city area,do you have a store close? I wish i could look and touch at a watch to make my decision.

The watch was rolling around inside the actual watch box it was'nt secure properly.

Excellent, as usual. Although the winding mechanism will not lock, so the watch will stop working when it pops out (I'll try to get it seated, think that I've been successful, and then a few hours later notice that the time is wrong and the winder has popped out).

I bought a beautiful watch at a very good price, I paid $ 29 for shipping in two days, but unfortunately the order was not sent until that date, I called and it was fixed at the time, my watch arrived with two days of delay. I am still waiting for the refund of the shipment amount in two days.
