I had no issues with the purchase or delivery of my watches.
Before I walked into the store the manager bombarded be with questions and was telling me I had to buy a watch even when I told her I was only looking and couldn't afford one at the moment. As I left I heard her say "that is how I deal with poor people." Very rude manager, will not come again.

Easy to follow instructions
I love all of my Invicta watches! The only complaint I have is the stainless steel watch bands are always SOOOOO big and I either have to shorten them myself or take them somewhere for adjustment.
