The watch is gorgeous, but the one I received was, I think, a return. It was packaged like our past Invictas, we have 20 btwn. The 2 of us. The plastic piece that keeps the winder out, so it doesn't drain the battery? Well, my watch was missing that and I received a watch that is dead. We are a huge fan of Invictas, but this has kind of soured us both. Will take it to a watch repair person and get a new battery, but still, shouldn't have to do that with a brand new watch!
Kudos to Gloria Del Ray, she was totally awesome taking care of this order. All of your customer service staff should be that good. Give her a raise!
