I received the incorrect watch the first time I received a delivery. I had planned on wearing my new watch that weekend, so I was pretty disappointed I wouldn't be able to. It took me almost an hour on the phone to first reach customer service, then for them to figure everything out. Then another three days to get my correct order.
The watch itself is beautiful, and I am happy with my order and the quality of it. I love the rose gold and we purchased Disney themed watches to commemorate a family trip.
It would have been nice to have been offered a refund of the extra warranty I paid for as an apology from Invicta.
