The overall experience was great. Only one issue I had with the way things got shipped. The watch inside the Box, was not covered with anything. It rubbed up on the top on the inside of the watch box itself. There were a few small abrasions on the glass. Not sure if I want to go through the warranty process to have the glass replaced. But I am still overall happy with the quality of the watch. You may want to have something covering the watch itself, to have this problem not happen again to someone else.
