This was my first order. I did not like how a signature was required when delivering my package. It was difficult to get FedEx to deliver it when I was home that I missed two attempted deliveries and had to take off the third day just to wait for the package to arrive.

I got the watch very fast, it was just what I wanted! The price could be a little better, and maybe I would buy more of them! A very good product very happy with it a good looking watch.
I wanted to ship to a different address than the billing address. I wish there were option for different shipping address other than the billing address.
First, I received an order that I cancelled. Second, the watch that I really wanted, ended up being cancelled. Third, I must not have noticed how large the body of the second watch was. The thing is huge! I feel like I have a hockey puck on my arm. Forth, the first order I received, which is the one I wanted to cancel, the bezel broke ( the ratcheting mechanism, which only allows it to rotate in one direction).

I received my Spider-Man watch. I was broken. I sent several responses about it and I haven't heard anything. This is disheartening because I've purchased so many watches from the Invicta store, the Invicta website and evine and never had any proble, I assumed that I was a valued customer, apparently I was mistaken. My concern is getting a replacement, refund or a repair. I love the watch, but it's useless BROKEN.
Sorry for the strong words, but I had more confidence in this company and it's so disappointing to receive such service.
