I have to say you guys are on top of your stuff, I'd wish you guys would make the cool character watches more 47mm because 50/52 is too large. Acouple times you don't put return labels in the package with is a hassle cuz we have to call you guys an get it emailed an sometimes you guys don't successfully eanil it an I have to call again

I picked out the gift on line. The shipping was quick. I was not happy with the appearance when received. The box was too small for the watch. The inside of the box was dirty. (this was a gift) There were rub marks on the watch band, on all sides. I did my best to "clean" it up before giving it as a gift. There was no time to return it and wait for a replacement.
