Watch was not running when I received it.I thought maybe it was a wind up movement.I took it to a local watch/jewelry shop to have some links taken out of the band to fit my arm.They said it was a battery powered movement and that the battery was dead.I then took the watch to the only local dealer in central florida which is in the florida mall in orlando.I assumed the dealer could do a warranty battery replacement onsite.After waiting an hour,I find out that they don't have the proper tools to remove the back of the watch to replace the battery under warranty.I then drive another 20 miles to another mall to leave it with a watch repair person in the millenia mall in orlando.I get the watch back and find that they have buggered up the back access cover with their removal tool.They obviously didn't have the exact tools to fit the indent holes and MADE something work which slipped out and gouged the metal on my brand new watch.This cost me $23.00.I am not happy about this at all.This was all caused by someone not checking to see if my watch worked BEFORE they shipped it to me!Sure,I could have shipped it back at my cost for a battery replacement under warranty but I wouldn't have gotten it back for weeks if not months.You guys need some ATTENTION TO DETAIL training for your employees. I am now waiting to see if invicta will reimburse me for the $23 in some form or fashion. My guess is it ain't gonna happen.Here's my #*******061,The ball is now in your court.
