My credit card was no being accepted when placing the order online. I called the customer service hotline and they were able to run the card and place the order for me and send my confirmation via email. I was able to track my package via FedEx delivery and I am glad that FedEx sent an email stating that some one needed to be at the home when the watch was delivered or else I would have to go to the store to pick up the package because they weren't just going to leave it. The watch looks amazing and I can say without a shadow of a doubt. It's the last one of it's kind. Because you no longer can view the watch on the website.

Wanted to return the watch because the bezel was too big for my wrist. The representative emailed me everything I needed but ended up selling the watch to a coworker.

Im very happy that shipping to Puerto Rico had no problem specially after all the problems caused by hurricane Maria. Also im very satisfied with the online prices, much less $$$ then going to the store. Store has great offers if you buy alot of watches (buy 2 get 3 free) but for one watch i would have paid double.
