I wasn't happy about not being able to have my watch sent to my p.o. B.x. I have purchased over 30 Invictas from Evine all sent to my pobx no problem also when I spoke to the customer service rep I didn't like the way she kind of blew me off but I like the watch just fine

Totally screwed up my previous order, an anniversary gift. I ordered it and a week later, a week, you tell me that it was cancelled due to, no longer available.
Service wasn't pleasant, had a difficult time placing my order, 1. I couldn't used my 30% welcome offered
2. I couldn't used my invicta credit card, just would get accepted, this is a brand new card with a credit limits of 5000. I had to used my paypal account which I didn't want to do.
I shopped, saw, and ordered a product that stated in the text and on the time piece that the watch had a Swiss 'finely crafted quartz movement'. 515.24h. The product I received had a Japanese movement and no Swiss emblem, as was represented in the website photo.
I sent an email then followed up with a call. After a half an hour and the customer representative going back and forth to her manager for a customer centered result, I finally got a small refund and kept the misrepresented timepiece.
The online shopping experience was great and the price paid was even better.
