Purchased a Bolt Tria that only came with a manual that had only generic instructions. It should have had a manual that explaines how to operate this particular watch. The Bolt Tria is a completely different watch than any I have EVER seen. I contacted customer service about this problem but they were unable to be of any help. I then contacted the service department and they too were unable to be of any help. Oh, they tried, they really did but they were still unable to help me. At this point I had to drive over 100 miles to the CLOSEST Invicta store located at the Roosevelt Feild Mall in Garden City, NY on Long Island. By the way, I asked them to size the watch band and they charged me $15.00 plus tax. I told the salesman that there is no charge for this service when the watch is purchased from Invicta and even showed him the sales receipt but all he said was (I have to charge you $15.00), boy was I angry. Just so you know, They were able to explain how to operate the watch but like I said, I had to drive over 100 miles. About 2 days after I purchased my watch I heard that if I entered a special code I could have 45% deducted from the selling price. When I called customer service about this the person I spoke with was able to deduct the 45% which I thought was very nice. Then I was told that the money deducted $550.90 would have to go into my Invicta account, they could not put the money back into my checking account or even send me a check. THIS IS A TERRIBLE THING TO DO TO A CUSTOMER. After all this aggravation I ended up returning the watch because it was difficult to read the dial in low light. After I returned the watch I decided to purchase another watch for myself and one for my sister and use the money that was in my Invicta account. After purchasing both watches there is now $159.04 left in my Invicta account that I can only get back if I by another Invicta Watch. I do not want to purchase another Invicta Watch now or ever. I love Invicta watches, they are beautiful watches but after all the aggravation I have lost ALL interest in there products. So am I angry about all of this, yes I am. Anyone would be. Somehow I will find a way to have my $159.04 returned to me,even if I have to lodge a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission or take this matter up in Small Claims Court. One last complaint and that is purchasing on line. I found that the procedure is quite difficult. It is difficult for me to explain in this forum so the best way to find out what I mean is for one to actually go through the process of actually filling out an order. GOODBYE INVICTA, I WISH WE COULD BE FRIENDS BUT UNLESS YOU CHANGE YOUR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS, YOU HAVE NOW LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER, ONE THAT CAN AFFORD YOUR BEAUTIFUL LINE OF WATCHES.
