I had to return the watch... did not work. I took it to local Invicta store and they could not make it work as well. I had to pay $30 to return watch to get fix...rip off... especially when a brand new watch doesn't work. I like the watch, hopefully they can fix. But will not buy another one or recommend Invicta watches.

Very easy to do business with Invicta stores...one comment when Invicta is offering huge discounts on watches " In this category only" you should just list the watches that will be discounted..

Watch was the correct style. The watch was much to thick and heavy for my purposes.

I like the way display the watches but my purchase was denied several times this past weekend, for some unknown reason. I just purchased two watches using the same card. My delivery was perfect timing, but only one of the watches looked in "Brand New" form the other watch was missing it's tags plastic covering, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to return the watch for an exchange because it was a gift.

They were out of stock of the item I bought, they apologize and tell me to put another perder and that they will honor the discount and refund to my credit card, this is the order I send it to CS... Nothing happened no refund at all, pure BS, this is really bad... if you tell a customer somenthing you need to honor the proposal...

Easy to use and navigate. After I received the orders, the wrappings were put together in such a way as to make me think that the orders were 'returned' items repacked for a sale. Otherwise, I'm okay with my watches.
