Purchased four watches, wasn't told all were not in stock. I was charged for the four...did receive refund but didn't seem commensurate to what I bought. Also, one of the three I did receive clearly had already been purchased and returned. The packaging was damaged, the cushioning material was dirty and mishandled. Should have been changed or not included. Given the service I have always received from Evine...thought going direct to company might be even better...SADLY MISTAKEN. WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN...may also stop buying Invicta...sad because my husband has more than 50 watches. Recently, noticed ShopLC selling a brand of watches we're not familiar with...planning to try them.

I was surprised that I did not receive any manual with the watch. I have since ordered another watch and that one did come with a card to record information on and a manual. I'm not sure why this disorder did not come with one. I was disappointed. After now ordering a second watch I know that it actually should have come with one. I am also very aggravated with FedEx. I think that Invicta should speak to them about their poor services. Although Invicta had my shipment ready to go by Monday morning around 9:30 FedEx did not come to pick up the package until Thursday morning. I'm not sure if it's customary for a package to take days to be picked up. This doesn't sound right to me.
