Somehow I received the wrong item. Customer Service said that it was my fault but I disagree and tried to explain why. I offered to return the item at my expense in order to get the item that I ordered but the item I ordered (or arguably thought that I ordered) was no longer available at the price that it was offered on the day that I placed the order and customer service had no interest in helping me get it at the price it was a few days prior. I have purchased from you before and own several watches purchased from your site and others, but this experience and attitude may keep me from purchasing more in the future. Whether it was my fault or not, it should have been handled with more empathy and effort to correct the mistake.

Love the watch. Paid overnight shipping for $59 dollars(watch cost $109) - got the watch 5 days later. There was fine print but for 59 dollars I should have received watch the next day. Kind of a bait and switch scheme. I contacted customer service but they said I should have read the fine print. I should have went with regular shipping and would have had the watch in the same time.
