It was vary easy and fast
I have had very good experiences with my returns. Unfortunately, there are often times when I have to return watches because they don't look as good in person as they did on the internet. I really appreciate it.
I feel bad about not having to pay for my returns and think that you should charge like other retailers.
I ordered this watch for my father in laws 90th birthday, I never got a tracking # but called because the order was placed right before the hurricane was to hit N.C. When I called to find if the watch had been shipped and was told it was in N.C. And ready to be delivered that afternoon, there had been a problem with the tracking #, but it was there and was delivered on time. I was so relieved to tell my husband that was already in N.C. That all was good. All was great and the watch was beautiful,,,,
I Did not like the watch once I received it. I could not see the numbers on it so I returned it for a full refund the very next day. You should have received it by now it has been over 1 week. Please contact me if you have not received it back. The glare on the numbers made them very hard to see. Thank you

The 5 watch offer, being in store only was initially a little misleading, but I still bought 5 watches, because they were priced so amazingly. I already own two Invicta's and adore them both. Thank you for some gorgeous watches.
