You still owe me 20.00 for a invicta watch that was damaged. I was told you would give me 20.00 for fixing it myself. I have sent several emails and as of yet have NOT rec'd 200.00 back on paypal or my discover card. I have relayed that 3 times now, lets see if anyone reads THIS one and fixes the problem. I have also called and talked with customer service who promised me the 20.00. It was opened, the stem was pulled out and the band was disconnected from the watch

Delivery time kept changing but still was received in a decent time frame within two weeks of my purchase.
Shipping time was more than unacceptable. Almost a month to receive the watch from Florida to West Virginia.
