Invicta turned a miniature disaster into a great success. I ordered a five-piece set, but it only came with two pieces (including an entire missing WATCH!). I contacted customer service, and they immediately made it right by sending out the pieces I was missing, which arrived today in perfect order! I'm glad I decided to shop directly with Invicta. While I got a little scare, I received the items I paid for.

Sent an email to customer service about a possible issue with the watch I ordered. Email was not responded to. However, I was able to resolve the issue with my watch on my own.
I accidentally ordered the women's watch on this order. I emailed that day to see if I could cancel, and ordered the men's that same day. I never heard back on the email I sent, so I sent another this past week, and this is the first I've heard anything. I'm trying to find out how to send back the incorrect watch for a refund.
