I was disappointed due to 15 minutes latter I accidently found & bought one (the exact same watch) for about $25 less & I even received it faster ~ I Still love this great company just *well disappointed*.
Always a easy task. There are too many watches to choose from but it is always one that really catches my eye.
It was simple and great. Watch was in clean condition.
The watch came packaged sloppily in the case and had no plastic on the face or bands like the previous Invicta watches I've ordered. I would have sent it back but the timing was such I needed it to give as a gift. Very disappointing

Ordered 2 different watches. Wasn't notified until 4 days later that one was no longer available. They were gifts for a couple I know. Your inventory unit needs better tracking for the customer.

When I received the watch, it was all stripped of the shipping wrap. Scratch on the back case cover. Watch would not function. Yellow invicta box was too small for such a large piece. It never closed properly. Called invicta and told them I wanted a replacement piece. They in formed me that there was no more available. Sent watch back and called invicta back to see if it had made it there yet. They said that it just got there yesterday the 7th. Young lady said that she was going to process it at the time. The refund information has yet to be sent to me, all of $269.04. I really don't understand why invicta sent me a 2nd hand watch, in a much smaller yellow box, that didn't fit the watch. I do hope I will get reimbursed for this watch...
I am a return shopper however this is the 2nd watch in a row that was not properly manufactured. The 12 o'clock position on the bezel was off center, the warranty info online said 5 yrs but the card in the box said 3yrs & the face of the one online I bought said swiss made at the 6 o'clock and the new watch does not.
