The quality exceeded expectations. However only reason 4 out of 5 was because of the size was hard to measure purchasing online. Not a deal breaker though. Very satisfied.
I received the watch on Nov. 2nd but found it too large for my wrist and could not be worn so I fedexed it back to Invicta for a refund the same day but so far have not been given credit on my credit card. I did place an order for another watch with a smaller footprint on my wrist (new order *******) and that was received and is satisfactory. Please advise status of order ******* refund. Thank you.
