Just love the unique style of these watches.

Extremely disappointed I paid for 2 day shipping and didn't receive my watch until almost 3 weeks later I needed it for a gift and I called and was told I would have it in time and still didn't receive it for another week. Was highly upset and will most likely not order again. I was a faithful customer as my husband owns many of your products.

I have over 100 invicta watches and this is my first order of bracelets and I love them also. I will be ordering more and still collecting more watches because the prices are great along wit customer services.

I have couple of watches I duplicated and cannot reach anyone in customer service. Delivery is very slow.

Sad to say, but items are very slow to arrive. I have ordered in the past and 7 out of 10 times things did not arrive on time. I really like Invicta products. Please keep your promise to deliver the item to your buyers.

Watch is excellent! Love it. Customer service didn't respond to emails. Understand shipping is delayed right now however my label was created and order packaged for shipping a week before it was actually shipped out. Couldn't get any clear communication on what was happening.

Delivery took too long

You sent an email that order was received but I could not check status. It took almost two weeks before I had the watch which is a very long time for order process.

This is the 6th watch I've ordered since the x-mas in July sale.Its been great.5 out of 6 orders.

I have purchased numerous times from Invicta with no issues; however, this last order took weeks to arrive and each time I called I was told it was being shipped in the next day or 2 but it never was. This was a special gift for my husband for our wedding anniversary and I didn't receive it until almost 2 weeks after our anniversary which was very disappointing.
