I ordered two very nice Pro diver watches. However, I noticed that the date magnifiers were not placed correctly over the date windows, not a deal breaker, but the quality control is lacking. Also noticed that the watch was not protected or wrapped in a plastic wrapper, like most are that I have received in the past. One or two had the wrappers, but they were stuffed at the bottom of the box, and not wrapped around the entire watch for shipping protection purposes. Again, another quality control issue not consistent. Some watchs I get from Evine, but they are terrible at placing the Invicta boxes into a much larger box, with out any packing or material, to prevent the boxes from bouncing around inside the box loosely. That caused impact shock to a couple of my watches, which caused the hands to be mis aligned in transit. Also, when opening the box, the watch was fallin out of the placement, again this is due to improper care in placing a small box into a larger box with out proper protection from being bounced around during shipping. I complained to Evine several times, but they don't seem to listen to the customers concerns, as I continued to receive un protected watches in larger boxes.

My Glycine Airman 42 GL0069 came in it's inadequately packed box upside down, with no protective film covering the crystal, which was not scratched since it is sapphire. The watch is scratched heavily on one side of the case and four of the rotating bezel's teeth have been chipped. Also, the rectangular tag that came with the watch looks used/faded and had a sticker peeled off of the other side, indicating to me that it was used before. The Glycine international guarantee card was left blank with no date of sale of stamp/signature from the authorised dealer (invictastoresonline.com). I have a suspicion that my watch was actually used rather than new. Shipping was fast in under one week and despite the problems above, I am enjoying the watch. Others who care more about scratches on a supposedly brand new watch would probably have been more upset, understandably, and sent the watch back.
