I can recall it was the first time I've ever ordered anything online so I was a bit apprehensive. The customer service lady guided me through my purchase, she was really nice.
Bought 2 Disney watches the same except one was a man's the other a woman's. One watch came in lovely Disney packaging the other in ugly non Disney packaging. For Disney fanatics it is a let down.

Your website offered 50% off all orders. But when I tried use the discount it would not go thru. I notified customer service but they were not helpful. By the time they responded the option was not longer posted on the website. So I did not make the purchase and missed an opportunity.

Looks great and beautiful products, I just found it time consuming delivery and processing of payment and shipping, one of my watches took 10 days to be delivered and a very long prora, until then finalize the purchase for up to 5 days
